Buttermilk marinated Calamari Rings and Tentacles, coated in seasoned flour and fried until golden brown, served with sweet chili sauce and spicy marinara sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Calamari Rings and Tentacles
- 2 Cups Buttermilk
- 1 Cup Flour, All Purpose
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- ½ Cup Marinara Sauce
- ½ Cup Sweet Chili Sauce
Directions
- Soak the Calamari Rings and Tentacles in the buttermilk and marinate for at least an hour.
- Preheat a deep fryer to 350°F.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt and black pepper.
- Drain the Calamari Rings and Tentacles from the buttermilk and coat in the flour mixture.
- Deep fry for 3-4 minutes or until the Calamari Rings and Tentacles are crispy.
- Serve with a side of marinara and sweet chili sauce.
