Whole pan-seared Calamari Tubes stuffed with Romano cheese, toasted bread crumbs, garlic and oregano, served with a spicy marinara sauce and garnished with fresh parsley.

Ingredients
- 4 Each Calamari Tubes
- ½ Cup Romano Cheese, Grated
- ½ Cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 Each Egg
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic, Minced
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- ½ Cup Marinara Sauce
- Garnish Parsley, Chopped
Directions
- Preheat an oven to 350°F.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the Romano cheese, bread crumbs, egg, garlic, oregano, salt and black pepper.
- Stuff each Calamari Tube with a portion of the mixture.
- In a small saucepan, heat up the vegetable oil and sear the Calamari Tubes until it starts to brown.
- Place the Calamari Tubes in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Remove from the oven, serve with marinara sauce and garnish with parsley.
